Thank you all for the patience  and  feedback.  I have taken the feedback on board  and you will see  a number of changes.

1. the blog and  forumpages  now have the same look and feel as the rest of the site just without the  right sidebar
2. the logo is the same on all the pages
3. the background is  very light grey on the blog and  forum.
4. top navigation  bar only shows  when you are logged in to comment.
5. guests and  commmunity users  have to log in to comment but can read  all public content without logging in.
6. all  social networks  are supported,  this means you can find the energypractitioners facebook  profile link and  'like'  posts and topics  on your facebook.
7. twitter integration  completed
8. contact form working properly
9. donations  page  updated
10. about us  page updated
11. full  users profile  working with all the features
12. Your Avatar  is  set automatically by wordpress  but this can be changed
13. Most things  can be accessed  by clicking on your avatar image once  you have  logged in.
14. NB-  if your password  has  been accidentally lost or  changed  and gosh darn in you just cannot remember it, not to worry.  Go to the login page and  click on lost password,  put your email address  or  user nick name  in the box  and  a reset process  will send your  new  password  to your email   after clicking the confirmantion link  .  Go to your emailinbox,  then  you will get the new password.  copy and paste  into the login form  and  change to one you can remember.  Please  do not use  the sameone you use  for your bank,  email  or  other online forums  or  facebook. Mix  and match  your  favorite  one  with a unique  bit of info.  Its not required  but advised.  I will  keep an eye  on the situation and  if  it is  too risky  I will  revisit  the situation at a later date.

16. No postings  by community members  will be public immediately  -  this is  to stop spammers.

Please  make sure that you keep the top  'tick'  in place.  You can choose from the other options  as  you please.

When you save it will go to a blank  page (not to worry I am working on this  when I can to change and imrove it to something more  intuitive)  which tells you the  changes  that have been accepted  or not-  use the back arrow  button on your browser  and edit or  check .
